  • The Basic Ergonomic Package -  This consists of an educational lunch and learn in which we teach proper ergonomics, posture, and the effective microbreak workday stretch techniques. 
    Cost = $300/hour seminar.
  • One on One Workstation Evaluations-  $150/Hour
  • The Basic Plus Ergonomic Package – Consists of the basic ergonomic package and the one on one workstation evaluations with both discounted 20% from regular price.  Cost = $240 for lunch learn plus $120/Hour for one on one workstation evaluations. 
  • Chair Massage - On site chair massage available for 10-20 minutes per employee.  Studies show massage therapy helps to decrease blood pressure, stress, and pain, while also increasing the release of hormones that create a sense of well-being.  Providing massage for your employees is a great way to show you care about their health as well as rewarding them for their hard work.  Cost = $60/Hour.

  • The Massage/Ergo Package:  Consists of the basic ergonomic package discounted 20% from regular price.  Cost = $240 for lunch and learn plus $60/Hour for chair massages.  Massages are 10 minutes. 

 

  • Preventative On-Site Treatments:  Details will be discussed in person.  Cost is - $200/hour.
  • Health & Wellness Seminars:  Some examples of the PowerPoint lunch and learns that we can do are: Stretching Seminar, Weight Loss – The Doctor’s Solution, Exercise the Right Way, 9 keys to Effective Sleep, Better Eating for Better Aging, Back Safety/Safe Lifting Technique,  Osteoporosis Risk Reduction, Stress Reduction, Relaxing your Body and Mind Teaching: Cost is $200/Seminar.  20% reduction if 5 or more are purchased.
  • Health Risk Assessments (HRA) (Printed Version) - $15/person.  Concise personal wellness questionnaires and profiles for each staff, along with a group report for the employer.

  • Health Risk Assessments (Online Version) - $2000 for setup + $8/person

  • Health Coaching:  $50/hour.  15 minute consultations, with the initial meeting lasting 30 minutes.  This is the perfect solution to decrease rising health insurance costs. It is ideal for the individuals with the lowest 10-20% scores on the HRA.

  • Physical Screening Assessments - $30/person
    • Includes: Lipid Panel (Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, and Triglycerides), Fasting Glucose Level, Blood Pressure, Waist/Hip Measurements, and a Body Fat Percentage Measurement.

  • The Comprehensive Ergonomic Package:  Cost ~ $3000 estimated at 30 total hours spent on program.   Cost is $100/hr.  The cost will be calculated ahead of time based on the number of hours needed.  We will not charge you more than our estimate even if we go over in our estimated hours.  Consists of any or all of the following:

o   Needs Assessment which may include:

  • Talking with management about their needs and goals. 
  • Review workers compensation claims for last 5 years. 
  • Review health Insurance claim data for last 5 years.
  • Make, review, summarize, and score the musculoskeletal pain survey, and the human factors questionnaire.
  • Perform a one day on site visit consisting of a:

Comprehensive evaluation of facility consisting of one day of facility consisting observing and taking digital pictures and videos of employees doing their work.

Assessing tools, work surfaces, desks, chairs, etc

Interviewing select personnel from each area.

  • Written Report/Presentation: Will summarize the needs assessment for management/HR and discuss recommendations.
  • Talk to each department for 30-60 minutes giving specific ergonomic recommendations and teaching appropriate stretches. 
  • Setting up an ergonomic committee.

  • Retainer for Continuing Ergonomic Support following Comprehensive Ergonomic Package

o   Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports               

  • Summarize Job Discomfort Surveys – Monthly
  • Summarize Heath Care/Work Comp. Claims – Quarterly
  • Employee Surveys – Yearly
